What it costs, and what comes with it.

Start is 990 kr setup and 599 kr/month, or 6 590 kr for the year. Business is 2 990 kr setup and 899 kr/month, or 9 890 kr for the year. To buy outright, Start is 9 990 kr and Business is 17 990 kr. You then own it straight away, and choose operation from 299 kr/month or run it yourself. With the launch offer the setup fee is deducted, and buying outright costs 9 000 kr for Start and 15 000 kr for Business. All amounts are excl. VAT. Variable third-party costs may come in addition.

It is the one-off amount at the start: 990 kr on Start and 2 990 kr on Business. It covers building and launching the site, and it counts in full towards the purchase price. The setup fee is not refunded once the project is approved and work has started. In the launch offer you pay no setup fee, but it is treated as paid and still counts towards the purchase price.

Not on monthly billing. You can stop whenever you want, and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. No extra notice month. Annual billing covers twelve months and can be stopped before the next renewal.

When you have paid in the purchase price. The setup fee counts, and of the monthly price 300 kr counts on Start and 600 kr on Business. That makes it 990 kr plus 30 months at 300 kr on Start, and 2 990 kr plus 25 months at 600 kr on Business. The rest of the monthly price, 299 kr, is technical operation. The same applies with the launch offer, where the setup fee is treated as paid.

Yes, at any time. You pay the purchase price minus the setup fee and minus what you have earned. If you have paid Start for twelve months, you have earned 3 600 kr on top of the 990 kr setup fee, so the remainder is 5 400 kr. The remainder is the same with the launch offer.

The site is taken down at the end of the paid period. You keep the domain, the content you provided and all the customer data that came in. Earned purchase credit is held for twelve months, so you can come back without starting from zero.

Yes. The domain is registered to your company, so you are the subscriber at the registrar. We cover and administer one ordinary .no domain for as long as you are a customer. If you stop, you keep the domain and take over the bill directly.

Yes. Text and images you provide are yours. If you become a customer, the enquiries that come through the site are your customer data. We process them on your behalf under the data processing agreement, and you get them whenever you ask, including if you stop being a customer. Source code follows a separate track: on ownership you own what was made for you, and get a free and permanent right to use the rest.

You own the website, and you choose what happens next. Technical operation is 299 kr/month and covers hosting, HTTPS and technical fixes. Managed operation is 399 kr/month and adds one small content change per quarter and ordinary support. Or you can take the site with you and run it yourself, paying us nothing.

Yes. Once the site is paid off or bought, you get the full source code. You own everything made for you. The rest is shared components that we also use ourselves; you have a free and permanent right to use, modify and transfer them. Open-source code the site builds on, such as Next.js, follows its own licences, which allow this. If we keep running the site, we keep a copy for as long as we run it; if not, you get the code straight away.

Hosting, HTTPS, normal technical availability, necessary technical fixes deployed, basic monitoring, and recovery if our delivery stops working. Text changes, image changes, new sections, new pages and redesign are not operation. That is content work, and it belongs either to your included changes or to 950 kr an hour.

A correction to existing content: new opening hours, a swapped image, an adjusted price, a sentence rewritten. The cap is 15 minutes on Start and 20 minutes on Business. A new section, a new page or a new feature is not a small change.

No. Unused change time does not carry over. Otherwise a customer could save up half a year and ask for a small redesign, and that is something other than what we agreed.

950 kr an hour, minimum 30 minutes. Work over three hours normally gets a fixed quote first, and nothing starts before you have approved the price in writing. If it looks like it will be more than agreed, we tell you before doing more. Urgent work may be priced up to 25 % higher.

Yes. Dormant mode is 149 kr a month for up to two months per calendar year. The site stays online with hosting and HTTPS, but no content changes are made and you earn no ownership during dormant months. The pause is not free, because the hosting still costs us.

The agreed price is locked for the first 24 months. After that the operations share may be adjusted at most once a year, with at least 60 days written notice. The fixed purchase price and your monthly ownership credit do not change.

The first five customer cases get the setup fee included, in exchange for letting us show the project in our portfolio. You pay no setup fee at the start, but it still counts towards the purchase price. The site is yours after 30 months with Start and 25 with Business, the same as for everyone else. So you save the setup fee, 990 kr on Start and 2 990 kr on Business. If you want out of the portfolio later, you pay that amount, and we take the project down within 14 days. The monthly price is the same, and the offer cannot be combined with other campaigns. We may ask for a review afterwards, but it is optional and does not affect the offer.

No. We do not guarantee a particular position in Google, a particular number of visitors or a particular number of customers. What we guarantee is the agreed technical delivery. Results depend on your market, your offer and your marketing.

No. Ad production, ad management and ad budget are not included at any level. We can make the site ad-ready with measurement and consent, but the advertising itself is a separate delivery.

Yes. Subscriptions, licences, transaction fees and similar are paid directly to the provider, such as Google Workspace, the booking system, Shopify or the payment provider. We set things up and connect them; you own the account and pay the bill.

If you already have a system, connecting it to the site is 1 490 kr. Setting up a simple system for one calendar is 2 990 kr. Several staff, several calendars and payment at booking start at 4 990 kr. You pay the booking system subscription yourself.

Shopify Start is from 12 900 kr and covers up to ten simple products, one market and one payment method. Shopify Growth is from 24 900 kr and handles up to 30 products, variants and more tailored design. You pay the Shopify subscription, payment fees and apps directly.

Yes. If you only need to take payment for one thing, such as a deposit, a registration or a gift card, a payment button is enough, and that is 1 490 kr. If you are selling several products, Vipps belongs in a Shopify store. Vipps' own fees and any transaction charges are paid by you.

Yes, 1 490 kr for setup with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or an agreed provider. That covers domain verification, one user with their own inbox, up to two aliases, MX, SPF, DKIM, basic DMARC, send and receive testing, and a 20-minute handover. You pay the user licences directly to the provider.

Then your cost changes at that provider, not with us. We cannot control what Google, Shopify, Vipps or a booking system charge, or what terms they set. If such a change requires work on the website, you get a price before we do anything.
