Terms

These are the terms for the website plan: payment, ownership, cancellation and what happens if you stop. Short and without small print — what is written here is what applies.

1. All amounts are excl. VAT.
2. The setup fee is invoiced at the start and counts towards the site's purchase price.
3. The monthly price is made up of an operations share and a purchase share. The purchase share counts towards the purchase price.
4. The monthly plan has no lock-in and ends at the close of the paid period.
5. The setup fee is not refunded once the project is approved and work has started.
6. Annual billing covers twelve months and can be stopped before the next renewal. A started annual period is not normally refunded, unless we fail to deliver the agreed scope.
7. Annual billing gives ownership credit for twelve months per completed annual period. The annual discount does not reduce the credit.
8. Dormant mode costs 149 kr a month and can be used for up to two months per calendar year. The site stays online, but no ownership is earned in dormant months.
9. You can buy the site out at any time by paying the purchase price minus the setup fee and the credit you have earned.
10. On ownership you get the project-specific source code and the use and transfer rights you need. Generic components, internal tooling, template libraries and third-party licences remain owned by their respective owners.
11. If you stop before ownership, the site is taken down at the end of the paid period. You keep the domain, the content and the data, and earned purchase credit can be held for twelve months.
12. The domain is registered to your company. We cover and administer one ordinary .no domain for as long as you are a customer.
13. After ownership you choose technical operation, managed operation, or to run it yourself.
14. Included content changes cannot be saved up for later periods.
15. Extra work is billed at the hourly rate, and is never started without written approval.
16. You approve facts, prices, images and professional claims before publishing.
17. We guarantee the agreed technical delivery, not a position in Google or commercial results.
18. The agreed price is locked for the first 24 months. After that the operations share may be adjusted at most once a year, with at least 60 days written notice. The fixed purchase price and your monthly ownership credit do not change.
