You see a draft before you pay anything.
You get a clickable draft tailored to your business before you buy. If you do not like the direction, you pay nothing. The draft is one visual direction, not a round of options to choose between.

A known price before extra work
Nothing is added without your approval.
Before we start work that is not included, you are told what it costs: a fixed price, or how many hours we expect and what that comes to. If it looks like it will be more, we tell you before doing more, and you decide whether we continue. Nothing is invoiced without your yes.

No long lock-in
The monthly plan can be ended whenever you like.
On monthly billing you can stop whenever you want. The plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no extra notice month. The setup fee is not refunded once the project is approved and work has started. If you stop before you own the site, it is taken down at the end of the paid period. You keep the domain, your content and your data, and any purchase credit you have built up is held for twelve months in case you come back.

You own the domain, the content and the data
What is yours stays yours.
The domain is registered to you. Text, images and other content you provide belong to you. Enquiries and customer data collected through the website belong to you. Source code is the one thing on a separate track, and that is described below.

A clear path to the source code
The plan is a repayment with an end point.
The setup fee and the stated purchase share of the monthly amount count towards the site's fixed purchase price. You can buy the site out at any time by paying the remainder. In the launch offer you pay no setup fee, but it is treated as paid and still counts towards the purchase price. Once the site is paid off or bought, you get the full source code. You own everything made for you. The rest is shared components that we also use ourselves; you have a free and permanent right to use, modify and transfer them. Open-source code the site builds on, such as Next.js, follows its own licences, which allow this. If we keep running the site, we keep a copy for as long as we run it; if not, you get the code straight away.

30-day fault guarantee
Faults we caused, we fix at no cost.
Technical faults and deviations from the agreed delivery found within 30 days of publishing are fixed at no extra cost. The guarantee does not cover new requests, new pages, new features, a new design direction, changes made by you or a third party, faults at external providers, or problems with your own devices, accounts and passwords.

You approve the facts
Nothing is published before you have read it through.
You approve prices, figures, images, certifications and professional claims before the site is live. We find a lot about your business online, but you are the one who knows what is true today. If something is wrong, we fix it before publishing, not after.

No results guarantee
We guarantee the delivery, not the market.
We do not guarantee a particular position in Google, a particular number of visitors, or a particular number of customers, bookings or sales. We do not guarantee approval by Google, Meta, Shopify, Vipps or any other third party. What we guarantee is the agreed technical delivery. Results depend on your market, your offer and your marketing.

Response times
When you get in touch
- Ordinary enquiries are answered within one working day.
- Critical faults that take the site down or stop the contact form are prioritised the same working day.
- Included small content changes are normally done within three working days.
Payment
Pay for the year and save almost a full month.
Start costs 599 kr a month. Pay twelve months at a time and the year costs 6 590 kr, so you save 598 kr. You earn ownership credit for all twelve months, and the annual discount does not reduce it.
A started annual period is not refunded, unless we fail to deliver the agreed scope, but you can stop before the next renewal. If you need a break, dormant mode costs 149 kr a month for up to two months a year. The site stays online, but you earn no ownership during those months.

The obvious question
Why is it so cheap?
Because it is one person building the sites, not an agency. No office rent, no salespeople, no project manager to relay what you just said. You speak to the person building your site.
And because I am building up references. That is why the first five customer cases get the setup fee included, in exchange for letting me show the project. Once they are taken, the launch offer is over. The agreed price is locked for the first 24 months. After that the operations share may be adjusted at most once a year, with at least 60 days written notice. The fixed purchase price and your monthly ownership credit do not change.
The risk sits with me. I build the draft before you have paid anything. If you do not like it, I have spent the time and you have spent a quarter of an hour.
